Heated Flow Reactor Coil Module
Flexible, Electrically Heated Flow Reactor Platform for Elevated-Temperature Continuous Chemistry
Heated coil reactor is a standalone coil reactor heating module designed to deliver controlled elevated temperatures for continuous flow chemistry applications.
Heated coil reactor is a versatile coil reactor heating platform engineered for precise temperature control in continuous flow chemistry. The system operates from ambient temperature up to 260 °C as standard, with a 300 °C configuration available for thermally demanding reactions. A proprietary coil clamping mechanism ensures optimal thermal contact while allowing rapid coil interchange, supporting efficient method development, screening, and reactor reconfiguration. The heated coil reactor may be deployed as a standalone heating module with independent pumps, or integrated into existing Asynt flow platforms. It enables laboratories to expand heated reactor capacity for scale-up studies while maintaining constant residence time. Compatibility extends to dual-channel pump configurations and FlowControl™ system control software for automated and reproducible workflows. A bright 7-segment LED display provides clear temperature feedback and visual status indication. Operation is managed via an intuitive rotary encoder (‘push to set’ / ‘push to start’) or remotely through compatible system interfaces.
