Large-Format LED Soft Light Panel
A client project demonstrating large-format LED optics, embedded lighting control, and modular production-ready hardware architecture.
This project showcases the engineering of a high-output professional LED soft light platform developed for demanding film, television, and studio environments.
We developed this lighting system as a client project requiring high-output soft illumination, accurate full-spectrum color rendering, advanced control workflows, and robust on-set mechanical integration. The resulting platform combines a large-format six-channel LED engine, embedded control electronics, network-ready communications, and modular rigging architecture into a deployable lighting system for professional production. The design supports tunable white light, wide-gamut color generation, gel emulation, source matching, effects, and flicker-free performance for high-speed image capture. It also demonstrates our ability to engineer complete lighting products around optical performance, thermal constraints, multi-protocol control, manufacturable mechanical packaging, and scalable multi-unit deployment.
